About DemisterAsia

DemisterAsia grew out of Giantech's work in the marine industry. On ships that carry oil, natural gas and chemicals, the inert gas system washes the exhaust gas from combustion. After washing, a demister removes the seawater from the gas. Supplying these demisters is how DemisterAsia started.

Around 2005 and 2006, enquiries started to come from outside the marine industry. Chemical plants and seawater desalination plants asked for the same expertise, and DemisterAsia took on land-based projects, large and small, including tower internals.

DemisterAsia is part of Giantech Engineering Pte Ltd, founded in 2001. Marine work is our strength: we know the vessels, the systems and the equipment that keeps them running. Building on that experience, we supply separation equipment to land-based process plants as well.

We source our products from different parts of the world, so we can offer the right product for each process – made to each customer's requirements and supplied to customers in Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
